Many other tumours also spread to the liver, however evidence suggests that for most of these systemic therapy with chemotherapy is the best treatment. There are some tumours where there may be an advantage in surgical treatment including:
- Neuroendocrine tumours
- Breast cancer
- Renal cancer
- Melanoma
